Lasso Moon is seeking a Social Media & Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This person would promote our brand, and support our clients’ interactive needs in social media circles by incorporating suitable marketing trends. We are seeking a creative professional that will continuously evaluate changing market trends, think of new and innovative marketing ideas that will interest customers, and apply new strategies accordingly to the changes in the social media market.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Associate’s Degree (two year college or technical school) Preferred Field of Study: Marketing or Communications.
- Experience: 3 plus years of experience in developing integrated social media marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Experience leveraging social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to weave in targeted keywords into content and positively impact SEO.
- Ability to understand marketing data and analysis and develop program recommendations from these insights.
- Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to work quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Experience developing content for social media channels.
Computer Skills:
- Exceptional writing, proofing, and editing ability.
- Experience with video and podcasting skills, Adobe Premier Pro is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Executive day-to-day social media initiatives, including posting diversified content and developing strategies to improve user engagement and drive action across all major channels- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, the Company’s Blog, etc. Create and maintain a social media calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term brand campaigns. Manage and maintain the monitoring and analytics systems to track social media engagement and results, and create social media reports for Management. Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media program. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Monitor competitors and create competitive reports that provide ranking and any key learning that apply to their Social Media presence and strategy. Monitor ongoing social and cultural conversations to identify and implement “real time” opportunities to amplify Lasso Moon’s voice, as well as our clients’. Work with sales and Management to develop social media campaigns and ideas. Execute and further develop social media and e-marketing strategies to drive traffic. Coordinate engagement projects and executes marketing plans to target audiences across all channels. Conduct, gather, and analyzes market research to determine social media/interactive marketing opportunities and competitiveness. Create original content relevant to each target market. Analyze social medial engagement metrics such as new user growth, fan likes. comments and shares, and report these numbers weekly. Develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads and sales via the use of social media.
